FUNDING PROCEDURE DETAILS @ SSA Level

Fund-Handling -or Some Points to queries, FAQs, comments by confused members, etc

To Members:
1. First of all ASK for Receipt / Collect Receipt from the respective person for the fund given.

      In the above link it is mentioned to send 20% of fund to CHQ fund, 40% to Circle Fund, and 40% to local SSA level activities/Reserve-fund...But, so far majority of fund is transferred to Circle fund, and the circle people will forward to CHQ fund, Circle level court cases at HYD, circle level meetings, etc. Now almost all the Court cases are solved for JTO-Internal Quota promotion exams so we should mainatin to keep 30% to reserve fund (for future requirements) at SSA level, 10% will be used at SSA level for the expenses of greeting-formalities/good relations of our Association at SSA level like welcome-Greetings with flower bookies to our H.R. Mangers on initial transfers /promotions, welcoming-greetings with flower bookies to union leaders, other Association leaders on their visit to Tirupati Station, support of fund to Joint Action meetings-tents, etc.

4. For the fund we transfer to our Circle body or some times directly to CHQ Body.. Please try to transfer by ONLINE TRANSFER only.. so that you will not bother about missing receipts.or storing Receipts.etc.... just Note Down Reference NO: of transaction & also mention it at the e-mail being sent to Circle-Coordinators or CHQ ones immediately after Transaction..
5. Keep the receipts get scanned & store Soft Copy in emails also time to time.
6. When ever buying Shawls, Flower bookies assign the responsibility to members -rotationally. So that every one will feel the responsibility.
