Minutes of 4th District Conference, SNATTA Tirupati (Andhrpradesh) A warm meeting of SNATTA, Tirupati SSA was held on 08th Feb 2014 at Youth Hostel, Tirupati. Almost all members of SNATTA-Tirupati SSA attended the meeting. All the Eleven Senior TTAs, who were selected for JTO- Promotion exam from Tirupati SSA were present for the meeting. The meeting started at 11:45 AM with the welcome note by Shri M.V. Raghava, Senior Member of SNATTA, Tirupati and he thanked all for giving valuable time for Association. He mentioned importance of the unity to make the SNATTA association stronger and powerful to fight for the benefits of DRTTAs. Then he invited senior members & present council members on to the Dias. Then the conference was addressed by Shri S. Jeelani Basha, District President, SNATTA, Tirupati who threw light on the present scenario of BSNL and importance of Association. Threw light on the working of SNATTA and various issues at the Circle and CHQ level. Major amongst them are:- v  The case of 30% fitment benefits and he assured that the results will be in our favor as the CHQ is paying special attention to make the case strong and supporting all the TTA of 2007 batch. v  The case of new JTO-2014-RR: reduction of service from 7 years to 5 years. v  Present District President  Shri S.Jeelani Basha resign from his post as he has been selected to JTO(T)-LICE-exam. Every one of senior TTAs shared their experiences, SNATTA efforts, hurdles and achievements during JTO-LICE promotion exam. Senior TTAs mentioned that Now DR-TTAs - job Satisfaction has improved a lot in view JTO- LICE-exam & results, which is good for our organization-BSNL too, since trained, experienced TTA cadre will not leave BSNL with the current improved job satisfaction of promotion fruits. They motivated all members to come forward & take pain for betterment of DR-TTA & our organization-BSNL. Lunch break was taken at 02:00 PM. Complimentary lunch was arranged in the eve of farewell to Sr.TTAs – JTO Selected.             Prior to lunch- Shri M.V. Raghava announced/invited nominees for new District Body bearers. After lunch all members participated actively in healthy discussion of choosing new district body and elected following: 1 District President N.Hemabhushanraju 91-9493401105  2 District Vice-President G. Everyone congratulated the 11 senior TTAs for  JTO-LICE exam selection. After this, our beloved Shri K.Suresh, CS, AP-SNATTA has given valuable speech over phone to Meeting Hall-Mic-Speaker set. He explained to various queries asked by members.  One member Shri Vijay, who is on deputation from Nalgonda SSA to Tirupati SSA informed to CS that his Rule-8-Transfer to Tirupati SSA from Nalgonda SSA is pending at Nalgonda SSA office, where Vijay is having over 5 years service, Vijay is seeking transfer on Spouse grounds. Later, Shri K.Suresh asked to send interested nominees for Circle Body members from Tirupati-SNATTA members. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks from newly elected District Secretary Shri. P.Mallikarjuna. All members congratulated the newly elected council and were determined to fight for all our issues with full unity and dedication.
